Martus Privacy Policy

Martus Solutions, LLC., (“Martus”) a limited liability company organized under the laws of South Carolina, has created this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) to describe how we collect, use and disclose the information that we obtain from our users through the Martus website(s) (the “Site”), including www.martussolutions.com, and the data we collect through the services we provide (“Services”) to our customers (“Customers”). This Policy also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal information and how you can access and update this information. By visiting the Site and using any Martus Services, you signify your explicit consent to the terms and conditions of this Policy.

Information Collection and Use on the Site

We may collect contact information, such as your name, title, company name, address, phone number, and e-mail address and certain company information, such as annual revenues, number of employees, or industry, from visitors who wish to receive information about Martus and its products and services. We use this information to provide you with information about the products and services that we provide and to send information regarding Martus or its partners, such as newsletters, promotions, and events.

Information Collection and Use through the Services

We require Customers who register to use the Services offered on our Site to give us contact information, such as their name, company name, company address, phone number, and e-mail address, and the number of users within the organization that will be using the Service, and we may also ask for additional information such as title, department name, and additional company information, such as annual revenues, number of employees, or industry. It is the Customer’s obligation, as the data controller, to inform its registered users about the purposes for which information about them is collected and may be used on the Services. Registered users can update or remove their account information at any time by logging into the Site and editing their account information.

Martus uses the account information that we collect to set up the Services for individuals and their organizations. We may also use the account information to contact our registered users to further discuss customer interest in Martus and its products and services and the Services that we provide. Except as we explicitly state at the time, we request information; we do not disclose to third parties the information provided.

Registered users are required to provide an email address when registering for the Service, to receive a username and password. We may also email information regarding updates to the Services or Martus will send a Customer Newsletter. Registered users of the Services will be using the Site to host data and information (“Data”). Martus will not review, share, distribute, print, or reference any such Data except as provided in your Subscription Agreement, or as may be required by law. Individual records may at times be viewed or accessed for the purpose of

resolving a problem, support issue, improving system performance, or suspected violation of your Subscription Agreement, or as may be required by law. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their user registration and password.

Martus will retain personal information we process on behalf of our customers for as long as needed to provide services and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We take the integrity of our Customers’ information very seriously and at no point is any private financial information collected, analyzed, or disseminated. We may from time-to-time monitor when a Customer uses the Martus Service, and the frequency with which certain functions are used. This information will be used solely for internal analyses to help us to improve the functionality of the Martus Services.

Testimonials
