We will make available to you the Stewardship Dashboard™ services described as (Lite, Basic, Standard or Premium) and make the service available to you via your web browser.  In performing these services, we will rely on information provided by you and will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the information you provide us. 

You will pay us for the services we provide in accordance with the billing option selected by you during sign up.  Fees will be payable monthly or yearly in advance according to the billing term you choose. The monthly or yearly fees for the subscribed service are subject to be changed at any time by Martus by giving email notification at least 30 days in advance of the next billing anniversary.  

The written and electronic materials provided to you as part of our services are for your use only and may not be copied or distributed to any third party without our express written consent.  This limitation does not apply to Client’s data or reports/graphs representing Client information produced by Martus. 

You agree that our maximum liability to you for any reason related to the services provided hereby will be limited to the amount of the fees paid for such services.  In the event that a claim by a third party relating to these services is made against us, you will indemnify and hold harmless Martus Solutions and its personnel from all such claims. 

The initial term of this engagement shall be month to month or yearly based on the billing term that you select during signup. The service shall automatically renew thereafter for successive monthly or one-year terms unless terminated by either of us by 60 days written notice to the other. There will be no refunds for service cancellation.  If we are unable to process your payment via the payment method that you selected for any reason, you agree that we may terminate your access to the Stewardship Dashboard with or without notice. 

You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password which, together with your unique e-mail address, allows you to access our service(s). By providing us with your e-mail address, you agree to receive all required notices electronically, to that e-mail address. It is your responsibility to update or change that address, as appropriate. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Registration Information, you agree to notify Martus Solutions immediately at the email address info@MartusSolutions.com.

Our Services are intended only to assist you in your financial organization and decision-making and are broad in scope. Accordingly, before making any final decisions or implementing any financial strategy, you should consider obtaining additional information and advice from your accountant, CPA or other financial adviser who would be fully aware of your individual circumstances.

By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree that all disputes arising or relating to this Agreement and our services shall be resolved by arbitration in Greenville, South Carolina.
